I was born and raised on a farm in Alberta, Canada where early mornings, hard work, and integrity aren't just values; they are a way of life. Those roots shaped how I lead today: calm under pressure, structured in process, and driven by results.

After completing a Bachelor’s in International Business Management from the University of Lethbridge, I studied in Montevideo, Uruguay, where I studied Public Relations & Project Management and developed a lifelong appreciation for cultural intelligence and strategic communication. That experience, combined with growing up in rural Canada, taught me how much leadership and teamwork depend on understanding people, not just processes.

A Career Built on Turning Vision into Traction

Over the past 20 years, I’ve led and scaled organizations in a variety of sectors including; agriculture, trades, hospitality, professional services, SAAS, nonprofit, real estate, and consulting, serving as an Executive Director, COO, and Fractional Integrator. My work centers on helping Visionaries and leadership teams achieve clarity, discipline, and accountability using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®).

I’ve led full organizational turnarounds, secured over $20 million in funding and partnerships, and built high-performing teams united by shared vision and measurable results. My Kolbe A Index (9–8–1–3) reflects my natural strengths in fact-finding, follow-through, and strategic structure — traits that align closely with the Integrator role.

Whether I’m facilitating Level 10 Meetings, refining Accountability Charts, or aligning Visionaries and leadership teams, my goal is always the same: build clarity that creates traction.

My work, and my life, extend beyond Canada.
Having lived and studied in Uruguay, traveled extensively through Latin America, and collaborated with international teams, I’ve seen how the same entrepreneurial challenges show up in every culture: vision without execution, people without alignment, and opportunity without structure.

I’m fluent in English and Spanish, and I’m passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and organizations throughout Latin America who are ready to run on EOS® and achieve sustainable growth.

I’m married to my amazing wife, Marcella, and we’re raising two wonderful girls. Family is at the heart of why I do what I do, because the systems that create order in business also make space for what truly matters in life.
